What kinds of tasks are allowed on easyJobDE?

Allowed listings include legal, locally organized services such as cleaning, moving help, gardening, assembly, errands, tutoring and basic digital help. Illegal or unsafe content is removed.

How do customers and helpers get in touch?

After an application is submitted, the customer can compare candidates and select a helper. A direct chat is then available to coordinate details.

Does easyJobDE take a cut from payments?

No. Under the current model, the platform does not charge a placement commission on the agreed price. Users arrange compensation directly.

What if I have a problem with another user?

You can contact support, review the public safety guidance and report problematic users. Complaints are reviewed in the platform admin area.
