Editorial & Marketplace Safety

The title is your first tool

A good title names task, location, and optionally language. Bad example: 'Help wanted.' Good example: '3-room apartment cleaning Trier-Mitte, Saturday, EN/DE ok.'

Helpers filter by titles first. Vague titles produce random applications.

Name the scope clearly

Describe what specifically needs to be done, how long it should take, what is available and what isn't. Ambiguity creates back-and-forth that slows everything down.

Set realistic compensation

Unusually high offers can attract people just looking for a quick payday. Too low gets no qualified applicants. The market rate for basic helper tasks in German cities is currently €12–18 per hour.
